Indian Institute of Technology Mandi has been ranked #7 under the Best Technical University category in India Today’s Rankings 2026. Along with this, the Institute has been ranked #10 under the Best Govt. Engineering College category, #11 under the Best Engineering College category, #3 under the Best Emerging Govt. Engineering College category, and #6 under the Most Improved Colleges in Engineering (Govt.) category.
